A Word From Dr. Arce:

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and my practice. I see myself as someone who walks with others to witness their journey and support them through life's struggles.

Everyone suffers - everyone has experienced times when they wished there was someone they could confide in and trust that they would be supported. Together I work with my clients to face complex and difficult matters and foster insight to look at things in new and different ways. I work to empower and encourage them and to exercise their inner strength. Using techniques such as CBT we work together to reach life goals one smaller goal at a time.

I am a firm believer that each person has gifts and talents - and we are more at peace when we discover our strengths and values, and align ourselves to live accordingly. I truly care about your well-being and guarantee all my patients top of the line counseling and psychological services catered to their needs.

Since 2012, I have provided a number of specialized mental health services to patients overcoming difficult and traumatic life experiences. Your well-being is my number one priority, and I look forward to helping you through all your obstacles. Get in touch with me today and stop by for a visit.
